Bas van Holten is currently a founder of Base Investments and a board member at Dutch Green Building Council.

Rodiaan Gijselaar is a professional with over 10 years of experience in real estate management. Hestarted as an equities research analyst at Kempen & Co and prior to co-founding Base Investments,he was CFO at Merin and Dream Global REIT. Rodiaan Gijselaar is currently Managing Director at Base Investments.

Laurens Kil is an experienced real estate professional with a proven track record in Europe. He has been responsible for the investments of the Physicus Life Science Real Estate portfolio and all real estate investments and acquisitions in the Netherlands for Merin and Dream Global REIT. He started his career at Deloitte focusing on transaction support, debt advisory, and restructuring services.

Jelle Bader has a long track record in technical management from his period at Colliers and Merin. He worked as head of property management at Merin before becoming technical director at Base Investments. He was responsible for many large renovation projects.

Martijn Vink started his career at EY and later became a business analyst at Merin. He has substantial expertise in finance, data management, reporting and FP&A. Currently, he is head of finance and data analyses at Base Investments.
